This is our first Keller Williams Preferred Realty (Chicagoland) Post. Our office is the only office in our local area to post a gain in number of homes sold from 2007-2008. That doesn’t mean anything except that we know theres a recession/depression and we refuse to particpate. Everyday a large group of our staff meets here in the office to rev-up our day and figure out who we can go out there and help. Thats not to say that all of the agents are doing the exact same thing everyday. As Independent Contractors we encourage Individuality and Creativity. At the same time we love to make available the Envinroment and Atmosphere of success that helped 30% of our agents see a gain in business in 2008.
We are serious about this business, in fact we only have agents in our office with a full time growth oriented commitment to the business. If buyers and sellers are serious about making a move in this market, we think the agents should be too!
